Simple as fuk. Sell it while it's worth something, as I've had my fun.

Did 10,000km in it, used it quite well I reckon. Money well spent.

I edited the CarSales ad pretty much telling dreamers, joyriders, test pilots and tyre kickers to DIE DIE DIE... HAD SO MANY FUKSTIX coming to look at it and 3 PEOPLE BAILED after "definitely" wanting to buy it.

Hopefully the ad gets approved and put up

i feel your pain dude, though mine sold in only 2 days, i got no les than 20 phone calls from useless ****. The best was, over the phone, ill take it ill come pick it up friday nah cant leave a deposit but dont sell it on me ok i want it. And a few emails asking half the price. Even had a used car salsemen call me said he would take it for asking price, so i go out to him, he overs me 3grand less. Sold it later on that day for asking price anyway but yeah.

That ad deserves some kind of award. Well done on the sale (it sold right?), I think the whole thing was a great idea. Probably cost the same as renting a Corolla for a few months from Europcar.

Yeah it's sold and gone.

The EL is a 07/97 4L 4 speed, completely stock. Optioned with premium interior lighting and grab handles, passenger airbag and cruise control. It doesn't have a towbar.

It's got 303,000km on it and it goes pretty good except for a shifty sounding exhaust when cold and the normal confused BTR that hates driving up hill and around corners.

No plans for the EL! I did want to lower and respray the front bar/bonnet but can't be bothered. Will likely get another "good" car soon and flog this for around $2k
