they get to mine did the hieght check then ask to pop the bonnet, got complemented on the BPR Airbox but then warned about the Rocker cover filter being ilegal.

Long story short, one of them was a kiwi and we talked to them for about 20 mins at the front of my car with the hood up.
pretty muched just bagged out comodores and shit people lol, then some VN SS started up and was loud as fark, they watched it leave and said well have a good night guys and took off after the SS.

I remember that night! I also remember at the same location and time a couple of others coppers tried to go over Dezza's car only to find nothing was defectable on it... lol funny buggers.

Back in the day when i was 16 me and the best mate went for a drive in our nice and fresh 85 barinas. un reg everything.
we went back home and decided to go for a bigger drive in his red one. he drove of course. everything was going great untill he decided to take me to look at his old place. we saw it and left.
on the way back he started driving like a loser. look in the rear view and was like dude there is a car behind us. next thing on come the lights.
the cop went over the whole car and noticed it had fake plates and was unreg. he got his screw driver out and pulled the plates off. said to leave the car there and walk home. i was like wtf? its like a half hour drive?!?! he said stiff and went away.
walked to his nans up the road and crashed for about an hour. decided to go back to the car and drive home.
i drove being stupid and high tailed it out of there. got back pretty quick but noticed a car gaining on me even though i was doing 20-30k over limit. i pulled into the back of a petrol station and sat there.
he went past and did a u turn and came up behind me. i was like *#^$
asked for my licence and i didnt have it so asked for my details and shit. gave it to him and he spelt my name wrong and address wrong. i just agreed with him and he said that i would get a letter in the mail about my license getting suspended for a long list of shit.
waited like and hour then drove the rest home.
never drove it again. lol

never got a letter and now have my P's :)
list was like unreg car, cracked windscreen, bald tyres, driving without a license, displaying wrong plates, not having a licensed driver with me, joy riding, no rego plates. would have been screwed hard if he was a smarter bloke, prob just wanted to go home.
my mates pop was good mates with the sheriff and got his fines dropped. but god his car sold on him and license taken away for 6 months, heh

When i first got my p's i had an xe ute filled with shit for schoolies. Headin down to geelong im weavin inbetween traffic tryin to catch up with mates when a ba starts followin me thru traffic. Im thinking **** im screwed. I was hittin about 150 on the eastern so it was my own stupid fault but was a good idea at the time lol...

The cop was fairly nice no lecture or power trip, he only saw me wen i was sittin on about 130 but regardless he said i was losing my licence for so many months (i cant remember how many) and the infringment notice stayed in my glovebox till i got home from schoolies. Ended up my dad knew the cop and had done some favours for him in the past and had a word to him about it. So i was told to go down and see him at the knox cop shop. He gave me a small lecture and said he'd shred the notice...

only traffic infringemen since then was a speeding fine last aus day in kesters car...

good mate of mine got breathoed in echuca, was a booze bus with all fresh jacks running it.
his AU had a heavy as fukk clutch at the time, when he went to drive off he was a bit sloppy, probably nervous or some shit and took off a bit quick.
at the exact same time one of the coppers decided to cross the road a bit in front of him, thought he was trying to run him over and jumped out of the way.
coppers were in tears laughing.

i got done while i worked at brisbane airport in the lane, was wet, and the camber on the road out of the wash bay is horrid, so picking up the car to head home it started to slide so i booted it and fishtailed down the street, soo much echaust noise i didnt hear the siren behind me, they had been hiding between the unrented rental cars in the spare lot, lady cop walks up...

i hand license out the window ready
cop: well thats was a half assed effort wasnt it?
me:  you want me to do it again?

cop not impressed

burnouts are a 3 point deduction, im still on P's so i have 4 points total, been done 3 times for burnouts and still have 4 points.. tho i have learnt my lesson and its been close to 12 months since i last got done..

tho i used to do stupid shit, unrego laser, fake plates etc the usual, pulled up for random breath test, they asked where my sticker was, i said it fell off its on the floor under all the papers.. looks in the back to see a empty kids seat and lets me drive off.. (glad i put it in) but then after 7 months of driving like that they finally got me, 1200 bucks in fines.. lesson learnt big time. young and dumb back then... now im older and dumb lol

Me and SNR we in his old Turbo'd EA, we were heading up the main in Warrnambool when a wanker in a 4x4 (a Hilux if my memory is correct)

So anyway, to avoid an accident SNR dumped the foot got on boost, swerved to avoid hitting this wanker, "Apparently" we crossed double white lines and nearly took out the old VY Unmarked Cop car.

We got to Maccas and turned left to see if anyone was driving around out the highway, we get about 3 sets of lights from Maccas, (Mind you we were boosting when ever we had to come to a complete stop)

So we pull up at this set of traffic lights and this VY comes screaming out of no where, (The same cop car that we apparently nearly took out), and pulls up beside us, both me and SNR looked at each other and thought oh yeah give it a go, I dunno what made me look but i seen a Copper that i knew sitting in the pasenger seat, so i have a good look at the car realising what it was, i said to SNR "U do realise that is the new un marked cop car" U can probably imagine the response.

So anyways we take off quietly from the lights, he pulled in behind us and pulled us over. They both got out done there usual checks, then asked to look under the bonnet, we both thought that the car was gunna be put off the road, but LUCKILY they got called out to a crash or something like that out of town. All that got said then was, "You might receive something in the mail, and drive safe"

Cant remember if SNR actually received anything.

LOL, dont worry Trist, it almost made me spit my coffee all over my PC! :P

Anyway, I only have a couple of stories to add.
Once got pulled over in my EA wagon. Was in the very left most lane at the bottom of Flemington rd going towards mount rd, had an R33 next to me, and some other car next to him. Unfortunately that other car was a cop car, I just dont pay attention. So I took off like a tool, ducked into a back street and get nicked. Only reason I recon I got off is cos i was in my work uniform, so backed up my "i'm only going home after work" plea! That and the Barge was slow as wet towels anyway! :P

Another time got dicked by some old bastard cop in an unmarked VE SS. Round the back of Paco, driving to the olds. Dude comes screaming up behind me, then tailgates me for a bit. We come up to some roadworks, I slow down to go around, and he is in my friggin boot! So of course I get around the cones, dump 2nd and tail up the street. Then bang, done! I can't believe I didnt pull the "wtf were you tailgating me for" on him. That shits entrapment!

12 counts/charges for 2 events.

keep in mind cops generally charge you for as much as they can when it comes to this stuff.

speeding/not in proper control of a motor vehicle/hooning/what ever else they can think of that in the end, all mean the same thing.

Long story short for a little slide, ended up waiting 3 and a half hours for a decision if they where going to take my car.
4 Cop cars, 13 Police men/women and eventually had to wait for the Senior Srgt to come down and make the decision.

Worst part about it the following week i already had a summon to court for 6 charges for hooning in my old mans SWB Maverick 4wd, got 1500$ fine, 12 months Cancelation of license, re doing 3 years on P plates, and a conviction.

Court came around for the stuff in the EF, another 6 charges but managed to get off with another 1200$ fine and another conviction no more time off lisence.

So i can officially say i got rammed in the ass hardkore. Since getting my lisence back december 2008, have not lost 1 point i been a goodish well kinda.
Had 12 months double or nothing. now got till decemeber till im on open lisence.. i need me fucking truck lisence for work.

deserved all you got,
wankers like you are the reason the hoon laws are fcked... thanks for that

shouldve gotten more. what a f*ckhead

The EF wasnt THAT crossed up - Anyone who knows Carrum Downs Maccas/Carwash knows its a bit of a **** to get out of if its wet and traffic is bad.
I reckon you only got done cos of fuckhead efboy "knowing" the cops on duty.

Think ive got photos of that still too, lol!!

Theres no point whinging about hoon laws, every one does it! People who reckon there car cant do it are sooks too - how do you know it cant do it? have you tried? fucken hoon!!!

Only funny cop story I have is back when I first got my licence, there was a new golf course in Cranbourne, the carpark was still gravel and had star pickets in the middle every 10 metres or so, so I used to go do slaloms in there for fun. In there one night and through the dust I could see blue and reds. I stopped, got out and pretty much shat bricks.

Cops checked over the car and in the boot - found footys and whatever else was in there. Cop asked why I was in there as its private property I said I thought id be good and keep it off the street, get a bit of driver training in.

Cop goes ok, just be a bit more careful when you choose locations as we could see you from the main road (Frankston-Cranbourne Rd) I drove out slowly, look over at the carpark and see the cop car sliding around in the gravel, lol! I must of found him a good area :P

this should be re name 'hypocritical cops' ones who enforce the law then break it or ones who just outright break it lol
