thats a pretty hopeless witness, shoulda just said 'red vehicle' although it might have been burgandy, or purple, not quite sure

Funny thing is, I said to a few people that the Red EL would probable be a VR/VS.

just heard on the radio that the 27 year old in the Civic has been released on bail and still has his licence for now, despite being charged culprable (sp?) driving.

they work out he was doing 130? or was that 130 on impact? surley the car didnt have ABS and just powerskidded into the car.

Thats right, possibly the same witness who said EF/EL, now it's changed to a VR/VS.
The only other way to estimate the speed is the fact there's a set of traffic lights about 400m before the crash site.

I know he'll lose his licence Luke, but he killed someone, fair enough it was because the bloke turned when he shouldn't have, but people have had their licence taken away on the spot for less.

My neighbour is full of shit as well it seems...

depends...might of been a hub dyno or the barometric pressure on the dyno read 90!

couple of months ago .i work in dandenong and i pulled out of the servo near pancake parlor and turned onto the highway to see a black holden and a civic i think (jap car for sure) up my ass and popped out the window and started throwing shit at my car when clearly they were racing and doing the wrong thing they both followed me and blocked me off at the coles loading bay as i tried to get away from them they got out of the car and tried to get me but i speed of dented my car though. anywho all im saying is theres a certian time and place to race and public roads is not one of them dosent matter if the guy should have given way . the driver who was speeding is at fault.
