i kno alot of peoples first names, others i only know of their usernames. and if you did bag someones car thats my mate, and did it in a meaningful harsh way then i would probably know about it.

edit: not to mention bagging out the people themselves. because as i said earlier 90% of the boosted members ARE keyboard warriers, have a little pressure put on them and they go "you a dickhead your gonna **** up peoples cars when you didnt even say that"
