I'm in your forums.
Fcking with your polls.

I think they are great, but I'd really like to know who was the first to do it?
So they can recieve the adulation of the masses, cause everyone loves fancy coloured interiors.

What a car usually says about a chick to me:

Pink numberplate + P Plate = potentially a hot chick, slight possibility of a fat mole

Pink numberplate + pink interior = breeze between the ears, easy root probably get her preggas though, slight possibility of fat mole.

The good thing about pink on a car is you can spot chicks driving a mile away and get a decent look. Often it's a dissapointment though :(

And yet again Jared beat me to it. :)

The thing i don't understand is why girls have to choose pink - You can still make a car girly or what ever without pink spewed from asshole to breakfast - Also regardless of the colour - Inserts and consoles and every plastic known to man sprayed with some crappy paint always looks like poo

Get it trimmed in pink Vinyl or something if you must - Save up for 6 months instead of respraying the faded poo every 2 weeks
Its a stack of f*ck shit, on top of itself niggaaaaaa

Yeah Leather would be better - Don't get covers - They wont fit the seat nicely and will go funny shaped - get the seats re trimmed - That is what i would call tasteful - I have to say pink and white would be the best combo if pink had to be in there

Thanks, that will probly be the plan. But they most likely wont be going in the EB, hope to have a new car in white by then. That way I can split the pink and white so it wont be too pink :P

there is a guy on fordmods that has the leather seat covers off ebay , and although im not a fan of the pattern on them they do look good , they fit the seats quiet nicely and dont look like bags over the original seats like other ones.

A friend has just had his VT wagon re-trimmed in those ebay covers , and to be honest it's really really good. Looks and feels like real leather, and the fit is remarkably good, I expected far far worse! Cost him a little over $1k to do front and rear and door trims including a little extra padding where it had worn.

they look proffesionally done in most cases , i think when people think leather seat covers they think they would be exactly the same as other seatcovers , but they are all made to fit the specific car

yeah, the key to those ebay covers is getting them fitted properly.
the guy on fordmods who did it had them stuck to the factory covers so they followed the contours of the seats properly.
looked quite good.
