Freighting Wheels 3000KM

Postby Frost » June 11th, 2008, 4:56 pm

Lol silly question.

Anyone ever freighted wheels over to WA? I can use my brother in law just got to wait a little bit?

But AAE etc all in excess of 300-400 dollars TNT the cheapest at 250 cause im a customer.

Anyone used anyone else? Costs etc?

Fucking Diesel price causing freight to be so much

I've used Pack & Send a few times now. Pretty exxy compared to prices mentioned above, but they bubble wrap and then package everything, and cover any damages IIRC.

Try WA Frieght Liners or Fletchers Freighters.

The usually give pretty good rates on anything sent with them.

Best rates are given when you drop off at their depot and pickup from the depot at the other end. No further sorting or courier charges then.

Try Border Express. They have a depot in Albury. It will go to Adelaide then Onfowarded to Perth. Im not sure of price but mention my name and speak to John Britton ph. 02 6022 6020 or Reception 02 6022 6000 and they should give you discount as I used to work for them. I It will/ should take 2 days to get to Adelaide then another 2 days from Adelaide to Perth.

My work sends alot of stuff via them to Sydney.

If they dont loose anymore than 10 pallets a week, its a good week!

I work in a logistics company on Pipe Road...

You'd probably know our customers more.. Amtrade, Husqvana (lawn mowers) and ADM. Borders move alot of their stuff to sydney for us.

Send them via Bohaul. They only do deliveries to WA and for memory I think a large pallet is $100.

Where in WA are they? I can see if my brother in-law has a truck on his way back from there.

But

Iv used these blokes before, they dont acutally have their own trucks etc, they just shove it on a truck thats got a spot, startrack etc. - http://www.smartsend.com.au/

Just google it they are all relatively the same price.
