I'm not taking sides in any way, shape or form, but I got pulled over about 2 years ago now by two unmarked cars, one was a VK, and the other was an '89 Lancer. I have no reason to make this up, as there were two other cars and five other people present at the time it happened.

Some may question them being "fake", but they were 100% legit coz they made me drive back to the station.

yeah i can understand the introduction of inconspicuos vehicles as VE SS, FG XR6T etc are easy to spot from a distance and there arent all that many around the country areas so they are more than likely cops so u behave.

OK, you all wanna know what the cops can and cant do, ill fill you in. They CANT use old VN's simply becasue of the EPA bullshit that applies to the laws. SO if you ever do get pulled up by a VN..(highly unlikley), you would be able to fight it in court and ud probably win the case. I have a few family members in the force and a few friends also, none of which have EVER heard of cops using older style cars to catch ppl. As far as entrapment goes, theres some rubbish in the rule book that says the cops can go out and basiccaly egg ppl on to race.....not supposed to, but they do. For example.....if ur flying thru traffic being a dickhead and speeding, an unmarked coppa can follow you without the lights or sirens on for as long as they want, (if its safe to do so). Then once they have seen enough they can ping you for all the laws u broke. By this stage its too late and ur heart is probably in ur throat LOL.

Well i dont know bout you guys but up here on the sunshine coast you cant fart without em getting u for emmisions, cand move without a speeding ticket. lately they been crackin down due to an accident that happened up here over a yr ago where 3 of my mates died in a holden of course. un safest car in the world. but they pulled my dad over 5 times in a week too cause he had a bright yellow car and may of been a "hoon" hate that word!!!! They told him that they thought he was a hoon but he never speeds lol. wtf. wankers. need to learn how to do thier job properly
