Snort Performance to offer M112 Supercharger Kits Soon!

Postby EFFalcon » January 12th, 2010, 9:31 am

Snort Performance (Famous for its ongoing support in the world if Turbo 4L's) is in the final stages of its development of a new Supercharger Kit to suit the Falcon.
Featuring a custom made cast manifold for a direct bolt up installation of a Magnuson MP112 Supercharger, the kit is a breathe of fresh air in the world of Boosted Falcons.
With plans to allow fitment on all 4.0s (Both SOHC and DOHC) it will be interesting to see the results.

Further discussion of the supercharger kit is available here:

umm i didnt think these were whipple units, just small twin screw PD blowers?

but there has been a commodore that had an Eaton M90 and a GT4088 turbo setup as a twin charge project, so the supercharger would make boost down low and spool the turbo, then a wastegate in the intake piping would route air only through the turbo so the blower wouldnt restrict upto.
it made for a pretty decent combo.
on a 4l with the m112 blower it would be mental lol you could run a GT42 but still have instant boost off idle

i think its just the angle of the pic that makes it look bad, pretty sure he said in the other thread that it was fine.
and you're right, i dont think they could make it harder from the factory if they tried lol

That is absolutely fantastic.
Going for the factory T/B position was deffinately a good idea.
makes it look 10x more factory.

the 5,0 kits will be everything as good if not better then the 4.0ltr version

they feature liquid intercooled magnuson 5th gen mp112 core size 300x200x76mm ( inside plenum )

we have not proceeded with cast mould as yet for the 5.0 as we are maxed out $$$$ with development of new products

depending on interest ect these will next , cost will be around 6k for complete system
