I like the first one the best.

Only thing is im not real sold on the VE style LED's but i think they will probably end up on he new FPV's anyway.

Great designs, now all you need to do is learn how to fiberglass then start selling $1000 a piece on eBay ;) lol

yeh part of my design brief was to modify the headlights but i already liked them the way they were, so i chucked in the LED's instead

lol if only fiberglass was that easy

i like the idea of the led's, and they look much better integrated in those drawings than the afterthought ones on the hsvs

Hey its my bet that if you can do that with a grey lead your a hop, skip and jump away from being great in a lot of other artistic fields. Theres good money in being an architect i think. Also if your going into mechanics aim to be a diesel mechanic. I Worked at nissan for a bit as an apprentice and the fully qual guys are on $17 an hour!!! I was earning more at kmart. Its one thing to enjoy what you do, but you still have to be able to support a family. I would think private shops would earn more though.

How are you with numbers? Considered mechanical engineering?

Ah your set then if your good at those :good:

I know that if you do mech engineering at swinburne you have to build an open wheel race car as part of your final year assessment. I think its in teams of 4 or so. Then you compete in actual competition.

Dude that is some respect drawing! Go for it, design or whatever :D
You maybe could draw up some e-series bodykit designs? Maybe. Someone on here is bound to be a fiberglasser...

You're doing all the same subjects as me. I've got chemistry as well though. :banghead:
I tried to do something very similar to what you're doing last year in viscomm. I wasn't nearly as good as you though. I also designed a guitar. This year I've been doing a television, which I hate, but I'm going to do a bar next semester which I've actually already started on.

Heck yeah.! Learn to do colour and you could make loads of money drawing other people's cars.. like the stompshop or whatever they are called. I'd pay to have one done of my car, but stomp shop is a little excessive iirc.

The whole point of them is to be constantly on. They're copying some Euro countries and Canada, who by law, require lights to be on at all times.
The LEDs are by name, called 'daytime driving lights'.

The HSV ones look ridiculous though. I think it would be better if they were integrated into the headlights, as Audi does.
