G'day Folks

Hi all, as my name suggests i have had my fair share of falcons in the e series variety, however on tuesday I pick up my latest addition. A 2005 BA MkII XR6T. T56 6 speed manual, immaculate interior, colour ICC, 108,000km, XR8 bonnet, 19" FPV F6 rims, new paint job 8 months ago 3 shades darker than the normal colour, nothing apart from a pod filter done to the motor (which i want to change back to factory or get some sort of box for it if anyone can recommend where to get one from), ceramic button clutch (which i will probably change to just a HD clutch as driving a button clutch around town is a pig!).

I welcome any tips or help and feedback and thanks for having me.

Hrmm, ok, cos this car has a dumb open pod filter on it, and I don't fancy a defect notice on my new car, I can pick up one off a non turbo but if the snorkel is different they seem hard to come buy and I'm not spending $400 straight away on an aftermarket one lol

So I've picked up the car, it's really great. That button clutch has to go, and the thrust bearing is super noisy. So that will be the first job. Oh that and the airbox

Have changed the rims over. Im not a fan of black rims, no offence to those that are, just not for me. Also i didn't want the cost of replacing tyres on 19"s so have gone to 18"s
Whatcha think?
