Yeah some of those braces don't get used.

The pulley is a press fit, push it down so it's flush with the shaft. It's better to use a power steer pump tool (Ford or holden dealers will have one that fits) You can probably use a hydraulic press but you'd need to support just the shaft and make sure that you weren't putting any pressure on the fins.

EB ac compressor will not work with serpentine setup.

u mean xg tensioner? Xh has the ef engine doesnt it?

the xh tensioner is different to the el and ef tensioner because the xh tensioner has a longer bent arm to mis the log manifold

Late XH had BBM.

Early got Serpentine and log manifold.

I thought it was only XH XR6 that got BBM?

does anyone know the part nomber is for this A/C idler pully? fairly sure its a dayco product but i cant find pics of it on there web site.

Anyone had issues with the AC compressors?

I am halfway through the conversion and it looks like the AC pipes on the EA have 2 bots, where as the EL has 1...
