Sigh.

SRSLY. I might be on my fucking rags tonight but I swear to God I'm surrounded by fuckwits.

12.4@133 IS MY GUESS AT WHAT YOUR NEXT TRIP TO THE DRAGS WILL YIELD.

Also, WEIGHT is how fucking much something WEIGHS, as in, HOW HEAVY IT IS.

WAIT is what you do in the time it takes a couple of retards to figure out how to **** a doorknob/learn how to drive/learn how to spell.

Have we got that settled?

Jeezus titty fucking christ.

OFFERING is not the same as OFFING. OFFING is like KILLING YOURSELF. Which you should probably do.

My "Weight?!?!?!?!??!?" Post was in response to 089JAY who SPECTACULARLY failed at spelling and wrote "Weight, what?" on the previous page. I suppose it was a little to much expect people to read the posts in this thread sequentially. (Sequentially means 'one after the other', just to save you the effort of googling it).

Well duuuuuhhhhh, I meant to spell it that way, if he runs a 12.4@133 theres obviously some serious WEIGHT and/or traction issues

Just got a call from Dion @ Dyno-Mite Performance. Good and bad news.

Car mods now consists of:

* BF 2007 TORNADO F6 motor
* Bayswater built Auto + transcooler + quickshift with a custom built 2800rpm Converter
* Plazmaman 1000hp full 3" Intercooler Kit in stealth black
* Plazmaman 1200 silver plenum + T/B relocation kit
* ID2000cc Injectors
* CAPA X3 Flash @ 20-25psi
* 4" SPLIT dump pipe > 100cell race cat > 3.5" APS Exhaust
* 4" Nizpro airbox induction + nizpro battery relocation kit
* Walbro intank fuel pump
* Process West MkII silent surge tank + twin bosch 440 fuel pumps
* External Gate + 44mm Tial wastegate
* t04z internal turbo + .7 front housing + port/flapper mod
* Hi Performance Thermostat + iridium spark plugs regapped
* Crow valve springs + retainers
* Proper e85 only tune

Probablly missed something but you get the jist of it.

Got the new setup all ready to go and threw it on the dyno with some numbers just to run it up on the dyno with the new gear and fuel. Massive 398rwkw. Currently using the 1 fuel pump till I get the PW fuel rail + reg. Car was running rich to so shows there is heaps of improvement to go on the single pump still. Not only that, the car now has power all the way past 6500rpm! Mind you I use to change gears at 5700rpm, now 2nd and 3rd I can rev out to 6600~rpm. Thank you vpsrings!

We had an issue before where car went in with 350rwkw and came out with turbo mods and only 320rwkw. Dion's diagnosis was the valve springs. Right he was. Now I run the crows with not much changed in the tune and bang, straight up to 400rwkw and running safe (also rich)!

Tuning tomorrow/friday should be interesting. 400rwkw un-tuned is a good start I must say! Gonna love revving out to 6600rpm!

The bad news that came out of all this was that the car still turns off on the dyno at high rpm in 3rd. He got the 1st dyno run in with the above results, and when he tried to run it up again the shut off problem happened again. Gets up to 4500rpm then car turns off. Error on diagnostic machine brings up a solenoid s5 error (which I had replaced already which didn't solve the issue). I just fitted new ford genuine coil packs, and TB has been cleaned.

So tomorrow, some tests will be done to see if he can pass this issue. Going to try reset the TPS, maybe different spark plugs/regapping also gonna remove the loom off the gbox as bayswater claim that it will just go into failsafe mode and just have a 3rd gear. See if it still cuts out. Also gonna try dyno the car just in D. Ran out of time to do anythgin bar the 2 dyno run today.

Exciting times ahead! Will post pics and dyno results soon. Hoping for around 420ish rwkw safely till I organize the fuel rail + 2nd pump. Looking to go about 23-25psi!

good results mate but as people have said u should have tried running it more than 1 night.
when u say shutting off what do u mean the car switches off or what?

and u say internal flapper and ported blah blah yet u have an external gate aswell wtf?
cheers josh.

the turbo was modified before i went external gate. Dont know if it is still utilized it at all?

nah slo347, even with a 2.3-4 60" i should still be able to at least run a 10.99 :D Im just chasing 132mph.

Josh, on the dyno, the car runs up, gets to 3rd, gets to about 4500rpm and its like the car key is turned off and car looses all power. You can turn the car key back off/on straight away and comes back up. Weird one. All we did was rip out auto, put transpan on, new converter, serviced auto and put auto back in and ye, stalling issue came.

well u wouldnt need ur internal gate setup anymore so get it welded or something.

that is a very strange thing i wouldnt think itll be an auto fault?

well... good news today is, since car has been off for last 5 days. Done 5 back to back runs. No cut offs. Dyno'ed till 6500rpm and kept going but I think ill stick to 6500rpm for changing to 2nd and reving out 3rd till I go over the line.

on 20psi we got up to 420rwkw and it wanted to keep going...

Image

Got a bit of tweaking left. Maybe go about 22psi as I im getting in territory where the head can start lifting up.

See what happens over the next 2 days and if its stabilized.

Manual VS stalled auto.

My mates made 377rwkw on 14psi.

That's why dyno sheets are useless when comparing auto to manual.

MPH is where's it's at.

ET proves how well you can drive against your MPH, which in icers case is his problem.

Dyno to dyno would be different!
Wasn't yours manual? Or zf 6 speed?
Also dyno-mite dyno is very accurate! It does read low.

yep. all will be shown on the track. Plenty of people have massive power.

One of my 2 goals is achieved.

If i can make 126+ mph consistantly on 350 with my bad driving. Now with bit more experience and 420+ (still going to add another 1-2psi), i should shit in maybe 130-132mph.

And still see prinni hwy every friday night.

Will ramp it up a bit more when i get the twin feed and use the 2nd pump and new fuel regulator. should see over 450rwkw! Will prob do the bottom end before that though.

Good job, should get you into the 10's no probs.

What was the problem with the cut in the end?

What fuel pump do you have at the moment?
