Fritzz FG GT-E

as of last week i am the owner of a FG GTE

haven't got it yet but its on its way

some info

car: 2008 fpv fg gte
engine: 315kw dohc v8
km's: 26,000
colour: ego (dark metallic grey)
trans: 6 speed auto
brakes: F- 355mm 6 piston brembo
R- 330mm 4 piston brembo

its fully optioned but also fully stock

planned mods for now will be 20% tint and SL springs in front, SSL springs in the back, hopefully this will happen asap.... maybe some performance mods in the future

ill put some pics up when it arrives

cool, i see a navy blue (whatever fukken colour they call it :lol:) GTE all the time on my way home from work, very nice looking car, love the understated look.
any special reason you went for the GTE over F6E, or just popped up at the right time/dollars and you snapped it up?

yeh was a good price and wasn't to fussed on the engine, even though i know the f6 would be quicker with better fuel eco...

Another FG. Dad has an Mystic F6. 2 more months and i cant drive the thing :(. So F6 on L's is awesome.
Hopefuly with the pics of yours modded a bit i can convince him haha :)

defiantly needs to loose the 4wd spec ride height

Its missing a KB blower!

Very nice man, do they still feel nose heavy in the FG's? Ive only driven the FG F6

hahaha no KB! well not yet anyway

u can notice the extra lump in the front but its not as bad as the ba/ bf's

i think its just lip spoiler, chrome grill surround, chrome side window surround, chrome badge thing on the boot, colour coded bumper and gte badges

Just out of interest i put this on the dyno today in stock form..

did 4 run all between 335 and 340rwhp/ 250rwkw

not bad i thought

250rwkw sounds healthy.
so did you actually run it at 13.61 @ 105.5mph???
thats a decent time, but mph seems a tad low for a boss 315 me thinks

yep 13.6 @ 105.5mph is what it did

on the same dyno and same day my old ladys stock fg xr6t did 320rwhp and that run a 12.94 @ 110mph

both 6 speed auto, just gotta remember the v8's are a bit lazy and the gte weighs just under 2 ton

boos motors have always put down good number on the dyno, but they never back it up at the track
