cool, i see a navy blue (whatever fukken colour they call it ) GTE all the time on my way home from work, very nice looking car, love the understated look.
any special reason you went for the GTE over F6E, or just popped up at the right time/dollars and you snapped it up?

yeh was a good price and wasn't to fussed on the engine, even though i know the f6 would be quicker with better fuel eco...

Think I just creamed, love the FG, especially the GTE in that colour, lip spoiler FTW. Just slam it and TT it already!

isnt the only major visual difference between the GT and GTE the lack of spoiler?

And the chrome surround on the front grille..?

The first thing I look at is the fully colour coded front bar.

hahaha no KB! well not yet anyway

u can notice the extra lump in the front but its not as bad as the ba/ bf's

EFFalcon wrote:isnt the only major visual difference between the GT and GTE the lack of spoiler?

i think its just lip spoiler, chrome grill surround, chrome side window surround, chrome badge thing on the boot, colour coded bumper and gte badges

congrats on the sexmobile.
250rwkw sounds healthy.
so did you actually run it at 13.61 @ 105.5mph???
thats a decent time, but mph seems a tad low for a boss 315 me thinks

yep 13.6 @ 105.5mph is what it did

on the same dyno and same day my old ladys stock fg xr6t did 320rwhp and that run a 12.94 @ 110mph

both 6 speed auto, just gotta remember the v8's are a bit lazy and the gte weighs just under 2 ton
