Looks crap, plates are a little silly. Not sure if this thread is for pics of random XR's, or constant same pictures of your car.

If there the plates you want get em
I don't think there unique all worth it as ya badges describe its an xr6 and there all. 4litres lol
I have custom plates they finish the car off but before getting them make sure there exactly what you want and something u can put on ya next car and have forever
:good:

does anyone on here own a bf xr6 or xr6t , as i been read that when the tripometer range gets to 0 kms, you still have 8 litres reserve in the tank on petrol. ( 68 l full ). can anyone confirm this as i was reading a post on blue power racing developments and was wondering if this may be the case.?

U get that on the forums, can't say I've ever run either of my b series that low but I wouldn't recommend it, between burning out the fuel pump and running out of fuel it's not worth letting the trip meter hit 0.

hey , not to worry, i wont run it to 0 kms, just was wondering if anyone has. asked my cousin anyway who is a mechanic at ford. he said the same thing. cheers mate.

I have run a B-series past the 0 range mark ...I think you're right about the reserve tank. Most modern cars give you about 80 km after this point, not worth risking too often though

just a small update, just installed kicker front upgrade 5 x 7 speakers, they are well worth it and sound much crisper and clearer than standard dual cone rubbish. , with more bass too, i want to do the rears in the future at some stage. they are rated at 75 rms., pretty happy with how they sound! cheers..

just installed jvc head unit with bluetooth, and bluetooth streaming via pandora which plays my itunes or music off my iphone 5c,(no cables either), also retains steering wheel volume control and sounds great with kicker 5 x7 upgrade speakers up front.had to shift my lpg gas meter a bit down but wasnt much of a problem. good thing is now i can change tracks without picking up and handling my phone while driving and risk getting a fine by cops. cheers Mark.

Today i chucked in some kicker 2 way 75 rms speakers in rear.heaps better than factory ones. Now i can say it sounds just as good as factory ford premium system,(without the factory 8" sub of course) if not better. well worth the upgrade for any one thinking of doing it.kickers are loud, clear with good midrange.highly recommend them for a mid range, value for money speaker. cheers .

They have a 68l tank don't they? Run it right down, then fill it and see how much was left in there.

My ba has another 60 or something k's on what the dte says.

Edit. Just read you sold it. Your new car sounds nice. Keen to see how it goes on fuel , $ etc.
