they count that as hooning?!?! i see it as economical driving, if it takes x seconds at 4500rpm to get to speed but xX3/4 seconds at 2500/3000 rpm isn't it more effective to get to the speed quickly...

gotta love the people who think they never break the law, i think some people don't no how easy it would be to get done by hoon laws...

We need to stand up the authorities with stuff like this.. its just going to get worse and worse for us car people.
we'll all end up with gps trackers on our cars and get fines for everthing!

wicked.

Excepted the problem is your first 2 offenses could be speeding up to the limit to fast and for revving your engine then accidentally apply to much throttle around a corner in the wet and that's it they can crush your car

you cant accidentally over accelerate around a corner because all road surfaces are different if the gov wants to be able to get us for that they should make all road surfaces equal

edit : what im saying is you could use the same amount of throttle you use normally and it could step out

The complete fucken system is a JOKE, there is no warnings anymore...............nothing..........cops just pull you over and book you for anything and everything believing that they are making a difference. Cops and Local/ State councils have the opportunity to work with the "so called hoons" by providing more tracks, but instead they rather book everyone, take and sell yours cars and NOW fucken crush then. There is a serious breakdown issue with the relationship between "so called hoons" and "cops", which both the council and cops need to get together to work on this and stop booking and blaming. Work with "hoons" not alienate them.

People or "hoons" (as we are not recognized as people) will not tolerate crushing cars. If I was put in this position and it was my last strike, I wouldn't stop, I would run, it's my car.....not there's to sell or to crush they can cancel my licence and my rego, but they have no fucken right to sell or crush my car!!!!!!!!!!

^^ i agree. I feel making tracks/strips is a kinda of vicious circle. Take sandown racecorse, here in Melb for example. Its been a race track since 1965, since the area around it was a paddock. Now, whenever theres a race, meet or LEGAL burnout competition or drag race there, the residents around the track complain. The local council has been trying to close it for years now. What happens when/if its closed? SE suburbs of melbourne (where alot of 'car enthusiasts' reside) have no where legal to do what they want to do. so they'll do it on the streets even more than they do now.

ill admit that if i had my car forcibly taken off me and saw it crushed in front of me, id straighten up and fly right knowing how much time/effort/energy/love i had put into it. but i think what 'they' are forgetting is that if you can be a hoon behind the wheel of vehicle A, you can be a hoon behind the wheel of vehicle B, C, D ect...for fucks sake, ive been driving a god damn .00003l toyota echo for the last week and ive done crazier shit in that than i have in my 'high performance sports wagon'

All i will say is,
I AM FUCKED....
I must break the "LAW" realistically, somewhere around around 50 times a day thats just going to work and back once you throw in stupid little things they can **** you up for, and i like how they change they road rules 10 times a year so no cvnt actually knows them, because they are changed so often,
Its like a chicken being given a codes and practice on laying eggs and it being changed so often the feathery **** won't know how to lay a fucking egg in the end.

On another Note.
I can't wait for the first time a polly or someone gets done with his 3rd so called hooning offence, and it gets covered up, i hope its anna bligh (QLD premier) it happens to as well. i'd love to tattoo "HOON" across her forehead, or better yet FUCKWITT.
