So after a long stint playing with EDs and Various other E-Series I have made the move to another model. AU III XR8 220KW in Blue Print with 165 000kms.

CRUISER: 2002 AU Series 3 XR8 220 Auto in blueprint Tickford Options include Blue Momo Sports Steering wheel. Mods MSD Coil Packs and twin 2.5 Inch Exhaust (I believe its standard) and Extractors.

DAILY: 1999 Toyota Starlet 4 door manual in red.

nice ride :cool:
EFxr6 turbo,c4 good for 750hp,sm4 autronic ecu,65lb siemens decka injectors,mike vine t04B custom turbo and manifold and piping,stock as a rock bottom end with decomp plate and standard intake manifold,making 370kw atw at 20psi.
making general owners cry on a daily basis.

Gotta Say Quite well. You wouldn't know it was even related to the E- Series V8

Yeah I've seen videos of apparently stock ones pulling low to flat 14s. Not sure if that's BS or not though.

Not BS. My AU S1 185kw pulled a 14.3 with no power enhancing mods.

The au windsors are heaps better than the e series ones, even the one in my lane, which I think is only rated at 175kw, so only ten more than E series Windsor, is just stronger everywhere. Even though its a big heavy old bitch it would easily flog any of the E series V8s I've had.

I guess those gt40s really do make a big old difference.

wow ok than that's awesome. Mines Automatic would it be much slower than a manual? I am guessing that 14.3 is in a manual?

thanks yeah I am totally in love with this car the hard part is to not drive it to keep KMs low but I cant :p was 165000 its now 172 000 and i haven't even had it that long and it doesn't even go to work as my daily either lol :P
