Hey all

Introduce yourself and your ride.

Hey all

Postby sk8n6 » September 3rd, 2008, 9:10 pm

I finally have managed to replace my EBII Fairmont Ghia 5 Speed (i did the conversion) after it got knocked last year. I have just brought a EA S pack that was apparently previously fitted with a turb. It doesn't have it fitted any more so i'm piecing together a new turb configuration. I'll post a pic and maybe someone here as seen my car before. Currently it's in my mate shed as i'm fitting ef themo's to it(can't stand the clutch fan). Other then that it has a 3.45 diff fitted with a spool which even tho the cars otherwise pretty standard provides a lot of fun. Anyway thanks for accepting me and i'll keep you guys posted as my car progress's http://s423.photobucket.com/albums/pp320/korupd/?action=view&current=howibroughtut.jpg

No worries about accepting you.

Got any pics or anything? Might be a good idea to chuck up a thread in the build section.

Enjoy your stay

thanks i spoke to him once at the servo and he mentioned twin turbo's for his windsor but i haven't seen him since. This is my second S-pack my first was a sprint but it got hit up the arse in a car park(no note left) so i brought a EBII ghia put the 5 spd in that and i swear the ea would of eatin it alive. So thats why i brought this one after the ghia got knocked.

probably i'd just finished the themo's and was testing them. dam water leaks where the probe for the switch sits. and i blew the fuse. other than that i'm happy with em. My engine rev's a lot better now. your right about the cops tho
