But in the "after" pic, it'd be better with pinstriping & venetians. Looks great shaved!

Yes! It really needs a contrasting pinstripe to seperate the colours, that is the main reason it looks a bit hobo.

I much prefer that to an E-Series with clear tail-lights.

I'm picturing a really red copper colour (metallic rather than flat or gloss)

I don't understand why XFs are hated so much. You can't kill them, the 250 has about 3 moving parts in it (made from stone too), the interior can not only survive a Gerni hose-out but THRIVE from it, and if you dig deep enough at the local tip you're guaranteed to find replacement panels.

And with shaved door handles the amount of things to break reduces substantially.

Whaddya mean after the wheel?

The only downside to XFs are that many of them fall under Native Title. So modding/moving the bastards is made difficult, & you need to "employ" (pay) a local one-percenter to tell you that it's:

A) fine & that the mark running down the door & rear 1/4 is just from some scummer keying it at the Oakleigh East station, or that
B) you need to bury it because it's a Dreamtime depiction of the Rainbow Serpent & that he has an ancestrol link to this XF. (Coincidentally, if it's option B, you'll also be asked for the key to the lockable fuel cap. Also his old man happens to hang around Oakleigh East station a fair bit)

Guess what? It is a photoshop. The edging around the wheel arches is not correct, not to mention the sun on the windscreen and the shadows being incorrect. to top it off the white car behind that you can see through the rear windows has not been distorted correctly.

But for a photoshop it is still a Epic Fail

If it was photoshopped, you'd think they'd at least remove the scratches from the front bumper, and the notches in the bottom. (actually if they were going to respray, they should have replaced the bumper anyway)
