AU computer

Postby EB Booster » October 25th, 2008, 1:10 pm

hey all, just got a AU engine in my EB but the guys that put it in didn’t put the computer in with the engine so my AU engine is running off the EB comp, I asked my m8 if he could put it in and he said it would take ages because you have to change all the wiring and so fourth he said try to get it chiped frist and then see how it runs, how much do you guys think it would cost to get it put in? Because atm its running slower then the EB engine.

it should go harder as long as everything is working fine even off the stock ecu it will run fine. your timing is probably retarded.

It looks like the first one. Shouldn’t it look like the 2nd one?

Get your timing checked. The person who put the motor together probably munted the timing somehow.

First one is the Log Style Manifold

Second one is the Broadband Manifold (BBM)

Putting on the BBM will give you more low down torque if you fit an EL ECU
