wtf? It's his own farking fault for not controlling his spendings. I don't know how people can get into debt due to spending money on shit. Blaming the credit companies for giving him credit cards? He needs to take some fucking responsibility for himself.

Getting a house/car and then losing your job, thus falling into debt... That I understand.

Taking out loan after loan to blow money on s-h-i-t... well in my opinion anyone who does that deserves to have the debt collectors after them.

What a douche.

People like this make me angry. The banks only gave him the cash because he applied for it.

Nah they totally bent him over and forced him to spend the money. Every story on ACA is 100% true and presented in the spirit of journalistic integrity.

I wonder what side ACA will take- will they make him look like the consumer thats been shafted or will they emphasize his stupidity?

I always love watching the hosts reaction/smart-ass comment immediatley after the report has been aired

In the 2 years I've known him, he's had 4 or 5 cars and 3 motorbikes I think. He gave his old ED away to cover a debt, and then shortly after took out a loan on a BA. I'm amazed at how easily some people spend money. This is the reason I still drive an EA. I can afford a newer car, but I'd prefer to have money in the bank.

No sympathy from me. I find those shows very painful to watch, I can hardly believe such stupidity exists.

you'd think taking out so many loans with a limited income the banks or credit record place would pick up on this????

He could have lied about his expenses pretty easily.

It is fucked though, he would have applied for a credit card and they would have given him one with a limit of $7k ish then being the dumb kent that he is he would have spent it all instead of getting the limit reduced to something manageable.
