The low comp is at the behest of Motsons who will be tuning the car. They have a silly fascination with way too much ignition advance.
It's been a point of contention between a few of the QLDers for a while now. Oh well, each to his own hey?!

Apart from that this car should go pretty good. Will be nice to see it start up.

Got this thing running last night. Got it to idle at 1000rpm and let it get to operating temp to check for leaks etc.

I think it's going for a tune this week or next. 51OEB can confirm.

He told me the tow truck is booked to take it to the tuner on Monday morning. Don't expect results the same day though, it will be there for a good few days. A tune from scratch takes more than one day.

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. The waste-gate was catching on the incorrectly made dump pipe, this has now been fixed. There are boost control problems too, which might have been related to the waste-gate issue. Some form of electronic boost control is needed.

Oh and the diff gears are 3.9s or 4.11s, one or the other. Either way they are ridiculous for a street driven turbo EB. He needs to get some 3.27s or at least 3.45s.
