lol... i was up at 6am 
The Hosting account was Suspended due to the site using too much resources.
Basically because the Database hadnt been optimised in the last year so or so it got a bit messy
so CPU load was up and they suspended the account.
I was working with Support from about 9:30 last night, till about 11:30.
Made some changes this morning and then they reneabled the account.
Now that i know where the logs are that show the CPU exceeded logs i can keep an eye on it.
I may have to update the forum software at some stage in the coming weeks also.
