Other ride... Nissan 200SX S14.5

Postby ned » March 19th, 2009, 11:10 pm

Yeh I know, not the usual cup of tea on here but it was cheap and aftermarket support for these things is fantasssssssstic!

It's a 200SX, with an S15 (aka. strawberry face) conversion. Car remains basically stock except for full 3" stainless from the turbo back, boost controller, FMIC and pod. Interior had some gay white painted bits but is now all back to stock. Dunno where this one is gonna end up haha, but it feels alright to break up the Falcon's in the driveway at home.

This is what it looked like when purchased...
Image

And this is now...

Since purchased a new kit for it, consisting of M-Sport front bar and Vertex rear and sides.
Image
Image

Have decided to keep it red but I went with Velocity Red as seen on the Mazda RX8's, hard to see using a mobile phone camera.
Image
Image

I dropped the car off today, inners are getting painted tomorrow, insides of the bonnet, boot, and doors have already been done, then I'll bolt everything back on and the whole car will get painted. As far as I know I haven't seen another one this colour and definitely not in Geelong anyway, so the end result should hopefully be something different to what's already out there.

Anyways, sorry for the long post and pointless thread, but I'm bored lol.

Peace,
\/\/estside.

Haha it's not that low anymore, will be getting some coilovers eventually. In the first pic it was just on UltraLows compressed, as for the wheels they aren't sold but they won't be going back on the car either lol. I have been keeping an eye out for a set of these...
