Post clips of exhaust notes here and state exactly what you have.

My EL I6 with Genie headers, Genie high flow cat on a press bent 2½ system with a single Redback offset muffler (turn volume/bass up)

xr8boy's EF XR8 with Genie headers, twin 2½ into a single high flow cat on a 3" mandrel bent system with a single straight through muffler (unknown cheapie brand) (now turn volume/bass back down)

Here's my crappy amateur video. Edit: Cut the crap out of the video

btw. It's got Pacemaker 4499s, a magnaflow hi-flow cat, and a 2.5" catback with a single muffler. The rear ressie was replaced with straight pipe.

Not that exact one but pretty close. I'll try n get a vid of it revving but I'll wait 'til I can get someone to take it for me coz naturally free revving doesn't sound the same as under load. Plus it makes a difference if you've got an auto or manual, and the rest of the setup hence describing the entire system. BTW I'm running the standard cam at the mo - don't forget to include cam in your description if it's not.

Idled it to warm it a little before hand, the smoke is just moisture build up.
The car doesnt really sound like the clip, its way more bassy.

tried to get a recording of my hideousness the other day but didnt really work.
basically my exhaust at the moment is
extractors, 1 hiflow cat and 1 gutted cat
and then 2X 2.5inch pipes straight back to the diff and dumped. no mufflers etc.

worst noise you could imagin. so bad i wont even drive the car. was one of those things i did one day when i got bord. will be alright for fun once i get a muffler in each side.
just need to get rid of the bushpig cracking noise and it be all good.

Not much of a video. but here is mine.

Just to let you guys know, Im running a 2.5" mandrel bent redback exhaust with 4480 pacemaker headers, a hotdog, striaght thru offset muffler and a rear resi. So it does sound pretty quiet compared to what you may have.
