Sundeep's Typhoon #173..

Postby Sunboost » April 14th, 2009, 10:22 pm

Got her :D

Faarking insane.

Too much to mention (I'm yet to work out exactly what brand and spec everything is);

-Leather
-Momo wheel
-Koni shocks and DJR springs all round with ratchet c/c kit
-Injectors and inline fuel pump near rail
-Monza cooler
-Exhaust
-Actuator and rod
-BMC filter in factory airbox
-Herrod shifter
-4.11 diff

336kW at the rear bags.. and they have trouble staying stuck most of the time :D

Very impressive car!! It's been my dream to own one since they came out.

Looks alright.

Holding the hose up to drain all the fuel out was myth busted. Something to do with gravity n shiz.because your tank is lower than when the hose comes out of the pump gravity forces in it n stuff. But anyway

How long until you start modding it and stuff to get 400rwkw?

Ah it's a habit now. I've always thought that if it works even a little bit it's worth it :P

It's nothing like the XR6T! Different in every way. This one's a bit more worn than the BF though, but feels more solid to drive because of the suspension. The BF still felt, drove and smelled brand new though. BF was a great car.

fastea wrote:If you dont mind me asking how much do you pay for a car like that?

Have a look on Carsales. Good stocker BF with average kays can be had for around the low 30 mark. I wouldn't be forking out more than 30 for a BA2.

Yeah exactly what I'm going to do.

Just spoke to the original owner, he was excited to hear from me it sounded like lol. Cheers for putting me on to your old man Skewy. Might have a buyer lined up already for when it comes time to sell it by the sound of it :P

If anyone wants to buy a growler intake for BA-BF or a brand new leather BA-BF XR/FPV steering wheel send me a PM. Leftovers from the BF.
