i went just to get the actuator fitted and port my waste (internal gate) and as usuall things fuked up haha.
once they took apart my turbo they found the rear housing had slight cracks all through it.
and they couldnt get it repaired so i bit the bullet and bought an fg turbo rear housing.
then thats when i got the 321.6. it spools up so quick. its mad fun.

when u work on cars for a living all day every day to then have to work on your own car every weekend to get it where you want it, its very dishearting to have to repair it when stuff breaks. especially stuff which was just put in which should have well and truly coped with the power. understand completley.

also houses are better investments something dylan is realising now.

what was he doing did he go to the deca day thing and thrash the balls out of it?
ur going to have to fix it to sell anyway why not fix and just settle down on it?

Yeah im paranoid about that happening on the EB.. i might get an aftermarket steel flywheel and get it doweled.. I'd rather keep my legs attached

that exploding clutch thing happend cos the dumbkent dropped it at like 9k rpm or some shit....

mal wood reckons the flywheel bolts came out an got turned into a smoothie inside the clutch assembly...yet we loctited them and torqued to spec(who does that anyway....but we did to be 100% sure it was good)

hopefully thats the only problem.

as some of you knew i had deca the weekend just gone.
saturday went pretty good.then sunday didnt wana push the car so didnt go out much.
took it out twice more, the last time i went pretty hard (kesters got a vid coming).
then after the run finished i felt something was wrong. went and parked it the there was this bang , and sounded like the clutch plate broke in halve and was getting thrown around in the bellhousing. very long story short, i spoke to mal wood and we are both hoping that a flywheel bolt has come loose. evan still its going to be a $$$ time.

Argh Brad doesn't know how to make a good vid. It's good to see dash and driver in in car footage, not the edge of the passenger side airbag cover and a whole lot of screeching. Switched off after 2 mins.

Sounds pretty sweet when you can hear it lol, that BA motor seems to be holding up well enough!

Hopefully it's an easy fix. Dropping the gearbox shouldn't be that hard, so atleast you'll know what happened.

That would have been the AP racing twin plate in the GT wouldn't it? I still don't want to believe that this option 3 failed

ok , well i found out yesterday that, turns out all the flywheel bolts were loose.theo said he is surprised that my flywheel didnt come off and go through the floor

.
1 of the flywheel bolt heads snapped off.
the flywheel is damaged as is the pressure plate and the clutch disc also.
so now its time to fix all this shit and try again.
