Ring up a landscaper and make an appointment to see them, give them his name address ect and ask them to come around at a time you know hes not going to be home at and get them to dig up his entire front garden and dump the dirt and shit on his driveway.

EDIT:
Maybe a little note in his screen door that says "See what happens when you mess with the wrong people"

I wouldn't do the pizza or courier, thing it has nothing to do with them.

I like the idea of advertising his car really cheap. With a note.

      yes that ones good... but even better use proper shrink wrap. that stuffs strong as, put 3 layers of it around this guys car once... took forever for him to get it off
      WORKD-6 herrod special EF XR6 was supercharged 204.3rwkw at 8 psi
      now turbo with GT42 249.8rwkw at 13psi... Soon to be boosted up more once problems are sorted.
