Does any of the E series not have a dizzy?

Ok who knows there E series well? I thought I had read somewhere that one of the later E series model didnt have a dizzy, it used coil packs? Anyone know exactly what year / model had these?

EF - all model's, both series 1 and 2.

from late 1994 - 1996 I think??
