nizpro plenums up close.... id rather stock... they are sooooo god damn rough... it costs nizpro about 4-500 to make and get them machined.....

and he aint aiming for extreme power anymore already has enough lol, just wanted it quieter... so while at it put a better exhaust on make it more efficient..

as said , im not going for more power. same power less boost is the aim.
and exhaust was just to damn loud. was mad under boost but was droony while driving.

anywho old exhaust was 3'' dump, 3'' cat, 3'' strait through with 1 muffler.
new one is an x force 4'' dump, 5'' cat, twin 2.5'' with 2 mufflers and stagerd tips. all stainless with polished mufflers.

Looks tough as with the bar off! Still can't believe the size of that cooler. Exhaust looks good. Whats the note like compared to the 3"? Is it much quieter.

yeah its still not tuned so cant give it a boot yet :-(

but is alot quieter.
car is going to blue power again for a retune so ill be out fri night to test out the sound ;-)

i would like the boost to sit between 12- 14 psi but we will see what chris says.

i think ebay or fordxr6turbo would be the best place to get the brakes.. i've been thinking about getting better ones but would prolly just get the 4pot fronts or bf brakes. Man i hate my BA brakes!

Just read thru the build man ive seen it on the road a fair bit you live near me, used to see the old girl heaps too. what panel shop you work at? i work at charlie battisti in nunawading. The pics of you painting the boot and bonnet is that at your work? you should get your boss to buy new stands man so you can paint front and back at the same time end up with way better edges.

hey man , i work in a small shop down alfred street in blackburn.yeah we got a bonnet stand but i reckon ya get a better finish doing it on a normal stand.takes longer but i like the finish better.

thats fair man, our old shop was on alfred st, we moved in 2000 to what used to be nunawading roller rink. that explains why i saw you heaps going down marroondah hwy, we are down behind brandsmart. I love the xr dude it has awesome road presence i got a gold ls1 vx berlina ill honk if i see you again lol i got HUSSLN plates.
