If they don't want that chance, then take it public.
The problem with forums is that people are quick to say a workshop is awesome but you hardly ever hear when people have problems. That stuff only gets talked about in person.
This forum is a good example of that.

Spewing. They've been great to me but my next door neighbour Darryl works there so I get mates rates.galapogos01 wrote:Recently, I had a guy at Beaurepaires Clayton put a 270deg scratch in one of my rims. Long story short I got them to pay for the repair, but I had to ring head office and make a complaint about the franchise, as the tyre fitter denied doing it!

XTC performance - fail.

Brakes Plus in Bayswater = win for regular car stuff.
Unique Exhausts in bayswater = win for exhaust work.
After the XTC saga I will never let a workshop do something major on my cars ever again. DIY ftw.

pHaT`eL wrote:TTF Dandenong - Headfuck of a place they are. Ordered 18" wheels which they said would be a month MAX. Came back a month later, no rims. Came back 2 weeks later when they had my rims in, only to find they got me 17's! They said they would make up the difference by lowering it FREE (Even though I paid extra for the 18's) When I asked where my old springs were they couldnt find them. Went to Pedders to get new springs and saw my nicely chopped springs!! - 2/10

Something like it being all nizpro gear built by some mob in WA and was rated to about 550rwkw. Then he said he rebuilt it after it blew up and got 11ty kw more?
My EA was in there for 7 months before I cracked it and took it home.

Body Shop Baysy is a massive fail of a place. Spray booth isn't rainproofed... wait.. what? Paint rarely matches.
