ahh the light is on the side of the falcon just looks wierd. and obviously the skyline has more power so would eventually begin to pull but the ford got off the line quicker. if it were 1/4 mile the skyline would obviously won.

Yeah, it ended up selling for $4070 still a bargain but was too much out of his league so i guess a raptor supercharger will be the way to go

Hmmm, how about a pair of stock N1 GTR turbos, there are a few appearing every now and then on the Skyline forums for $500 to $800 as a pair with no shaft play?

Im going to down grade to them for when DOMIN8R takes it, steel wheels on them so they can take a little beating.

Or is your family too supercharger "hardcore"? :grin:

Yeah all GTRs are Godzillas, I read the story why ages back but can't correctly remember.

It's something like: An american journo went to japan when they were building the R32 GTR, and the japs told him what it was called. Apparently either the name of the car (GTR) or the japanese pronunciation of the name was "Gojira" or something, which sounded like "Godzilla" to the journo, and also had cool associations with the Godzilla monster from the movies, and as such, a legend was born

what did your shitbox run down the 1/4? 13.9 wasn't it? A STOCK R32 GTR will run the quarter in 13.2ish... 207kw @ the wheels = not stock.
