Hi! ED-EL XR6 engine project

Postby humanzee » August 1st, 2009, 2:04 pm

Hi all, have just joined the site, i have a 94 ED that is pretty straight, very stock apart from new shocks, nolathanes all round and some super low dobi's. The idea is to bolt a EL XR6 head onto the block, change the computer and see how it goes. Was wondering if anyone has done the same, or knows of any problems that im likely to encounter. As far as i can tell it should be pretty straight fowards! Cheers, and will keep you updated on progress if anyone is interested!

P.s how do you upload photo's?

are you going to get the xr6 head or the normal one. and good luck if you are getting a manual el ecu.
but should go better with the BBM.
