Hey all

Introduce yourself and your ride.

Hey all

Postby Warbie666 » September 1st, 2009, 10:13 pm

Hey everybody, i have been on this site for a while now so i thought i should introduce myself.
My names Ash, but most people call me warbie (last name is warburton). Baker/pastry chef by trade and love it, since i turned 17 i have had my fair share of fords, ill try to put pics up of all of them sooner or later. First was my 1994 poly gren ed classic, not proud to admit but it got decked out in blue neons and huge subs, also had 3 coils cut from the rear springs and 2 out of the front so she was well in the guards haha it was awesome though, completely stock so it was veeeeeeery slow. My next car was a fair upgrade to a 96 ef2 xr8 5 speed, this car was awesome compared to the old ed, next up was, depending on how you view it, an upgrade also. i bought a veeeery heavily modified xf turbo, complete forged internals, straight gas with twin convertors, heaps more pulled 240 rwkw and 1340 nm of torque on 7 psi while running a little lean, unfortunately this car drew too much attention and the local cop told me to sell it or it wil be put off the road. So i got rid of it and bought myself josh(EBOOST) old ed, had a bit of trouble with this car so sold it off a few months later and got my current car, 1997 el fairmont v8 on duel fuel with 3/4 of a tickford kit, 170 000 kms and pedders reds suspention, also came with a bit of rust around the back window and ripped up front guards from wheels that are too big for it. only future plans for it is to give it a good clean and get the rust fixed, was pretty filthy when i got it, looks as though it had a hard life. Anywho thans for reading, ill get more pics up when i can
thanks
Ash

accelerator got stuck to the floor going up a hill to a t intersection, pretty much jumped the road and hit a brick wall at around 100k's an hour. my mate was lucky only got a broken nose and fractured ankle could have been so much worse. the motor was completely rooted though only the manifold and gas system were of any use
