Postby holstar_87 » September 23rd, 2009, 9:25 pm

hey all here are some pics taken yesterday..
she's running really sweet since dropping the new donk in.
runs a el i6 ho, cat back redback exhaust, custom air induction, lsd.
lowered on ftr replicas, tickford skirts, and a few other fiddly bit and peices.

basically i would like input as what to do next. any improvments anything i should change?

I like it... Very clean.

Maybe eventually some bigger rims. But not really necessary.

I don't understand why everyone wants to do that, yeah they look tough and don't get me wrong they are probably the best e-series fronts. But the standard EF front looks really good too, especially on this car. I'd leave the body as is (obviously with the front skirt tho). Just boost it and make it handle well.

By the way are they ANZ 17" FTR's?

Ok, first of all, I agree with you about the front, just looks so tidy as is. Front skirt is now fitted, will update with pics soon.

Yeah they are ANZ 17" FTR's, currently seeking one or 2 of them. No anyone who has them?

totally agree, it does look good as it is, i even said that in my original post... but he did ask for ideas for improvements... and i reckon it would look even better with a xr front.

In no particular order......

ENGINE
* wade cam
* 4.11 diff gears
* high stall converter
* Chip/tune

INTERIOR
* EF2 or EL Ghia leather seats & woodgrain trims
* Concorde/GT steering wheel or coloured AU Momo

EXTERIOR
* remove chrome door strip
* EL XR front
* possibly different/bigger wheels

I reckon the exterior looks good, probably wouldn't change it at all.
