Favourite band thred.

Discuss, name drop recommend.

mine, atm is Nazxul.

Little bit of info:
Nazxul is a blackmetal band from australia, who play a mysterious rumble of music. most notabale releases are 'Totem' and 'Black seed'. Guitar player and avant-gaurd artist Rev. kriss Hades was once part of this band and Ex drummer Steve Hughes is now a comidiean.

and a close follow up to Nazxul would be Portal. This band is just incomprehesable and the singer has a giant wizzard hat.

mine, atm is the wiggles.

Little bit of info:
The wiggles is a kiddie-punk-animal band from australia, who play a educational selection of music. most notabale releases are 'It's A Wiggly Wiggly World ' and 'Here Comes the Big Red Car. Founding member Greg Page recently departed the group for medical reasons with understudy Sam Moran replacing his yellow skivvie.

and a close follow up to the wiggles would be Hi-5. This band is just incomprehesable and the three chicks are smoking hot, even if they do play around very suspicously with 5 year old kids.
Now Lead tester/cheap labour for the South East divison of Hillbilly Performance Vehicles. PM me for a set of 2nd hand leads, dirty air filters and other assorted hick automotive needs.

Dimmu Borgir for sure, for me they apitomise all that is black metal. Arcturus would be tied for a favorite aswell, funnily enough it was ICS Vortex's band before he joined Dimmu Borgir.

Now this is a hard one atm Id have to say Hilltop Hoods, they seem to get the best rotation on the Ipod at work and in the car, to follow that probably just about anything from the 50's thru till now.

Basically anything they dont play on the radio much

i cant name 1 band so ill put my top 3:

- Parkway Drive (aussie "metalcore" band. saw them live for the 3rd time on wednesday. CRAZY!!)
- Children of Bodom (metal band from finland. do too many styles to label them anything more specific)
- Cradle of Filth (black metal gods)

Dimmu borgir are also good, i just havent heard enough of their stuff yet.

Meh, I'm going to break the mould (because these threads almost always refer to metal or hip hop) and state that Morcheeba, Zero7 and Jamiroquai make me happy in the pants :D

However my 80s streak dictates that I've got the Top Gun soundtrack on repeat in the wagon at the moment.

I'm in to Breaking Benjamin lately, anything by Disturbed or Ministry of Sound is on high rotation on my iPod. Though mainly The Ride by MOS lately.

A lot of Disturbed songs make great ring tones, The Game from The Sickness album is my current one.
