VicRoads online registration payment screwup... help?

Postby oneredED » October 7th, 2009, 6:08 pm

Hey guys I just payed the BMW rego online... but it seems the website fucked up. On my receipt it doesn't list my cars rego, but rather my bikes recreational registration which was canceled months ago! It has a receipt for $516.80, which is the value of my car rego, but it says that its for my bike rego (which is impossible, its cancelled, and the total would be sub $100 regardless). I paid on credit card... can I reverse this?

Just give them a ring and they'll sort it out, my parents accidently paid rego twice on the same car by mistake and all they done was call them up and it got sorted.

It was after hours and I needed my car. I didn't have the sticker/bpay details at hand either or I'd have done it that way.

Not resolved yet, fucking no reception all day thanks to being in fucking woop woop from 5am til 8pm.
