Image
'Tis stock as a rock, and i'm the 3rd owner, and its been in the previous owners family from new, picked it up with 195xxx km's on it.
Just your standard 4L auto :)

Future plans include a full fairlane/fairmont ghia interior, massive dumpage, hoping 19" BF GT wheels (haven't looked into how to do it yet, also depends on price), xr6 bodykit and maybe some engine work :)

G'day Danny,

I'm new here also. That's a nice car you got there. Is the red as dark as it looks in the photos, cuz it looks pretty good!!!

Cheers

If I was going to go from scratch again, I probably wouldn't bother with rims.

DA22E, its Regency Red, and on the Purchase Receipt it was "premium paint" :D But yes i love the colour :)

In the long run I would like some 19" GT-P replicas, but soon i'll probably just get fairmont ghia alloys/xr6 or something along those lines. I'm only 17 atm and had an accident which inolved my foot getting run over by a moving car and scraping skin off to the bone, I havent been able to work so funds are tight. But first major modification will probably be alloys + dumpage :)

Cheers for the welcome guys :)

Looks like a good starting point. I agree - ditch the wheel trims.

Ditch the wheel trims? as in drive around with black stockies until i get rims?
TBH i prefer the hubcaps to black stockies, even though they will only be on for a week or 2 more

Thought i'd just do a bit of an update on the car :)
I've done a few mods here and there now so its worthy of an update (over a year later haha)

Lowered her with sl/ssl combo, 17" EL GT's, 2 1/2" Sports exhaust, window tint, electric windows, one of those variable shift kits, auIII clear side repeaters, fairmont velour seats (got em for free so i'm not complaining :) ) and a decent stereo setup :)

Anyway heres some pics
