an AU conversion will solve your issues
XG Panelvan
EF bottom end with ported EB head, valve springs, EL ECU & J3 chip, crane HI6 CDI & MSD coil, LC-1 wideband & SSI-4 logger
soon - .595" lift cam, GT4202, forged AU engine and built head, ems stinger 4424 ecu, powerglide with 5500 high stall etc - next, bellhousing
XH ute daily - DOHC BA XR6 engine, T5, AU3 ECU with TI J3 chip, ported BBM, 3" stainless intake - 12" sub, tub liner and hard lid - mass skids and epic tyre carrying capabilities

All fixed :-)
Was a loom plug to the computer that had been broken and not connecting corretly!
Re gapped my plugs to 0.8 as well and its running great
Getting my exhaust on thursday, injectors and valve springs the following week, then saving for my process west gear..
Spoken to a friend who is opening up a work shop and maybe planning to build up a stock motor over the next 6-12 month and plan to drop it into the car late next year, should be good!

It took 3 mechanics to find the issue!
But it now makes sense as it was cutting in and out so there must have been min connection!
