A1GP Canceled

Postby Frost » October 18th, 2009, 2:03 pm

The A1GP has been canceled due to some shit about cars not getting over here or something, anyway the V8s will be the main attraction to Surfers next weekend.

So here is the links to the news story

Drove through a section of the track today, barriers on both sides high fences on top, grand stands and VIP booths along the sides. Lots of setting up still happening so there will be racing going on. They made the speed limit 40 klmh through the completed track section, I think they should have raised it not lowered it.

been going up for the last few years and can honestly say that eventhough the champ cars and A1s are awesome to watch, most of the crowd is there for the V8's anyway.
The stands are more packed when the v8's are qualifying and have their races, although i am a bit dissapointed its turned to sht, kind of starts to take away the "indy weekend" reputation.
