Dont you hate it when you write something then think you overcomplicated it so you edit it. Then someone else replies to what you had written? :P

The modified car goes faster, even if you hate eseries.

If he spent $8K on the BA or, being more reasonable, lets say $5k on cooler/plenum/injectors/springs/tune/wastegate mods, the BA would lose more money too.

Thats irrelevent.

Snyper says kester's BA is shit. I assume he is comparing it to his own car.

Modified or not it is worth less. 95% of the world would prefer to drive a more modern, comfortable slower car than an old fast one without a heater or aircon.

No but my information was guesswork.

Tell us what your EB cost you and how much you have spent.

We can get the same figures from Kester and work it out based on similar cars which are on carsales. Cant argue with figures.

If we have costs and a rough selling price we can see who loses out the most. I already have excel open. :P

I lost count a long time ago how much I have spent on that car, resale value has never been something that I have worried about your going to lose money no matter what car you buy or where from. I would rather have a nice EB to cruise around in than an NA BA with a loan over my head. Thats my point of view.

Those who deserve it, get it.

Snyper started all the BA bullshit. Every time someone buys a BA or suggests buying one he's in with a stupid comment.

Newsflash Shauny. EA-ED weren't some super-chassis limited production racecar. There were 500,000+ of them made.

"BA's are like arseholes, everyone's got one" .. WTF? I mean come on.

EA-ED's are like Centrelink Support Payments, every Abo has one.

I just mean those who deserve supportive comments or criticisms because of the l33t builds they do or l33t ideas they come up with, will get them.

Go put another gearbox/clutch in your car you rampant homosexual - You've had it just over a week? Should be due...

The moral of this thread is:

Buy what you want, do what you want to it, and buying a car thinking only about the resale is a fucking retarded thing to do - cars are for DRIVING! If you want good resale go buy a kilo of gold or something.

However: 20z (with or without the 'z') are gay and should never be fitted to anything. EVER.

Wow. Shits rough. Lol
FYI: yes I do have a loan on this car wich in 1 year of owning have halved it I alps pay full comp insurance, live out of home and still go out every weekend and either get drunk or spend money on fuel. As I've stated in a few threads "if you can't afford don't do it". This time next year I will most likly own it out right. Then once imoff my p's I'll probs sell it and get another loan for somthing quicker.

As for mods I've only spent roughly 2-3k on it. And it's still nicer to drive then the majority of E-Series.
If it makes everyone feel better I'll sell this for less than what I payed for it buy an e-series, then see how long it lasts with the amount of killometres I do. ( today alone I did close to 500ks)

Now that I have a company car I could not give a **** lol
high paying/ decent job with a nice modern car> shit job/wage and an E-series. ( and before anyone cracks a tanty I used to own an eseries and had a shit job.)

p.s all you fukkers need to get out more lol

Pfft. I'd need a fucking good job to make it worth spending bulk cash for not much gofasts.I've heard the new 911 Turbo does low 11s out of the box. One of those would be nice. It's 360,000 dollars. **** that.

Do not want anything currently/previously made by ford except the new GT40, but even then there are plenty of much cooler cars out there for that kind of cash.
