Hey, just joined today.

Dont have a falcon but am building a 13b turb datsun 1200 ute.

It has a 13b turb with modified t04e turbo, big injectors, microtec, front mount, big fuel set up etc, running 240rwkw

Currently it is in the build, engine and box fitted, still running a 1200 locker but have a hilux lsd in getting shortened. Tubbing the rear, have some 15x10s for it, building a cage, have to mount bucket seats, still has a steering box so looking to change it for a rack, want to run coilovers and s14 brakes up front and the rear will be a 4bar with watts link.

Cheers

SICK!!! We have a 1200 coupe, gx bonnet, A14, 4 speed grouse little car. I also have a ute that has very little rails due to cancer, and the little brother just bought a 1200 ute as well! Love to see pictures!! What did you do with the steering? We looked at the 13b conversion but backed out due to complete steering change.

cheers mate

Some old pics here, also have a vid but need to figure that bit out!

For steering we havnt sorted it yet but are searching for something that will be skinny enough or just cut something down, gonna make it a rack, might end up cuttin a 180sx rack shorter cos then can run s14 brakes and coilovers up front!

In the current street machine summernats mag there is a mighty boy in there (pic and caption) it has a 3.8L in it i'm pretty sure, i know its a holden motor, so if they can fit a boat anchor in it then a 13B would go in easy as. BTW this mighty boy has seen plenty of grinder and welder work.
