MY CAR FOR PARTS

Postby EDFalcon » November 2nd, 2007, 9:34 am

Hey everyone,

My car is a write-off (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1378). I've been told i can have the wreck for $750 but i need the cash right now (holiday booked to cairns and need a new car!) so i cant buy it back. Its going to pickles auction house so it can be bought from there. Here's what it has done:

Stage 3 crow cam
Venier timing set
XR6 Valve springs
Pacemaker extractors
Full 2.5" exhaust with no resonator, single muffler
HPF flash tune

Even if someone here bought if for parts i dont care. just would like to spread it amongts E-Series owners if possible. the engine is is great nick so if you even bought the wreck and sold the engine with ECU you should at least get $1500. I'm pissed i cant get it myself but i'm really pushed for cash.

Enjoy my car!!
Steve

If somone gave you $750 would you buy it from the insurance company saving the hassle of an auction?

price and pic on the centre chrome bonnet grill please... :D

If only you were in Wellers Hill Qld... :P

If your willing to separate, the mirror covers if they are pristene... I completely understand if your not willing to separate the covers from the mirrors. Its a painstaking process to do without stuffing them up.

Looks like OED and I are after the same thing! I'll wait for a price on the chrome grill. And if OED passes, I might grab it.

Also, like I mentioned earlier, are the Pacies 4480's or 4499's? Price?

Save yourself the trouble of seperating the mirror covers and just send them both up complete - I need the passenger side one, but I don't need the cover - OED666 and I can share :)

Do the door moulds have chrome trim on them? If the chrome is in ok nick, do you think you would be able to get the side body moulds (don't worry about the front and rear bumpers) off without damaging them?

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on BoostedFalcon, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car... I'm on a computer.

dont know where people are getting the idea it has chrome grill or interior... its an ED Classic.

when i got the pacies i'm pretty sure i opted for the 4499's but its a long time ago and cant fully remember. i'll check it out.

everything is up for grabs, the car was picked up this morning so anytime from now things can go.

If there is something you want PM me with what it is and how much you're offering and i'll get back to you.

Everything is up for grabs.
