Daft Punk concert (Never Ever Land) Registry

Postby G3R3N » November 5th, 2007, 11:09 am

I've been hoping for this for years..
Daft Punk are coming down under and unleashing the pyramid spectacular on Melb, Perth, Syd, Bris.

Any of you guys going to the Melbourne show??? [or shows in other states for that matter?]

Hahaha! Try paying for your girlfriend too :P My mate bought 14 tickets (not to make profit). I seen some on eBay go for $300+ each. But hey, you get a free CD!

Was it any good? I heard there were a few drug OD's lol. I would have loved to go but it was bloody pricey! I think I've listened to their Alive 2007 CD to death, it's mad shit.

The show was tops. There are a bunch of videos of it on Youtube if you type in Daft Punk Melbourne.
Yeah apparently there were ODs and people clashing with security etc but I think overall the crowd was OK.

Ditto fuckers. Best thing I've ever been to in my life. Absolutely crazy after listening to Homework, Discovery and Human Afterall millions of times... I love how unpredictable the mixes were. Had goosebumps for most of the performance - and every time I hear Alive 2007 I get shivers constantly. Just unreal.

I was OD'ing.

Just not literally.
