I can't win with fuel lately. Seems like the servos just fill their bowser with any old shit and claim it to be 'premium' fuel. BS!!

Shell ...well I may aswell fill the tank with water.
Mobil, depends which one I go to. Some stations ping with the 98, others don't.
Caltex. Suprisingly I've never had the car ping on their supply.
So I'm sticking with Caltex for the moment.

+1 for Caltex. Never had a problem with it myself, always use their Vortec 98 stuff, from the one servo round the corner from my place. The economy I have been getting is all on that stuff. Seems fine to me.

**** that shit, why not have your car tuned on 95 to keep it safe, so it's not pinging its head off every 2nd time you fill up.
Does the extra 2kw you'd probably get having it tuned on 98 really make any difference...

It was tuned on 95 fuel but it pings even on the 98.
