As long as heater and handbrake works i dont think it would be an issue.

Does the heater need to work for RWC?? Is there a list available for all things needed for RWC that you know of?
I don't know officer, you're tellin' the story, I'm just turnin' the pages.

In QLD you just have to be able to direct air onto the windscreen, doesn't matter if it's cold or hot. It does say 'working dash' in that ad, so I'd assume he has that all sussed?

Look at your car. Now back to mine. Now back to yours. Now back to mine. Sadly, yours isn't mine. But if you stopped buying dodgy cars and bought an ED, yours could be like mine. Look down. Back up. Where are you? ...You're on BoostedFalcon, reading the signature your signature could be like! Anything is possible when your car looks like my car... I'm on a computer.

I also notice the handbrake leaver is still in the factory boxcar position (under dash)... so that makes even more reassuring in regards to passing rwc.
