nl by tickford...

Postby jazza312 » May 10th, 2010, 9:14 pm

does any one on here own or have owned an nl by tickford? or even driven one for a period of time? i'm thinking about buying one and want to know what they are like? how do they drive and handle? does it get the power down well?
lol are the seats as comfy as they look?

also, these being a rare car, are they going to go up in value like others over the years?

any info on them or interesting facts would be much appreciated.

cheers - jarrod

Its only going to be worth something if you leave it alone :P

If you wana mod one, just get a standard NL and play with it.

They MIIIIIGHT go up in value, but insurance will be a killer for you being young.

i love the front seats in them, very comfy. they go not bad for what they are but they dont feel like a GT is talked up but i guess you cant expect to much from a 5.slow
the one iv driven is owned by a P plater so it cant be to hard.

reason i cant go check it out n have a drive etc is because i dont have the time between now and the end of the auction to go all the way there which is about 5 hours away...

other cars im thinking about getting are either a ba g220, ba ltd or bf ltd with 6 speed. if i get one of them that wont be for a while tho til prices go a fair bit lower.
i just love the look of the nl and im sure its not too bad power wise compared to the b series ones... but then again u dont get as much shit.

any one got any good info on the b series fairlanes n ltds?
