Factory AU Egas has a twin tank setup with a custom flat boot floor, along with a complex converter, simple mixer ring setup that is computer controlled. Also has a separate wiring harness running through the car.
Aftermarket systems are fairly similar between EA to AU. Using a simple converter and complex mixer setup, using a relay to switch the fuel pump power to supply the lpg solenoids but still allowing the factory computer to switch the fuel supply off when the engine stops.
The mixer, usually a impco type is what i like to call a Lpg carbie.
BA was the start of vapor injection.
