Here it is the day after I picked it up. Removed all pin striping from it, multiple badges and ugly spotlights and it looked like the below.

There's a dude from WA, EB2FLYZ or something like that, he has a 5.0 that runs 13.7s. From memory it has H/C/I, diff gears of some sort (3.7? 3.9?) and a TwEECer. Unsure on transmission, probably manual

Yeah manual, twEECer, and I think hes got Trickflow TW heads, he had a compcam of some sort, cant remember what profile.
XH5LWEPN on FM has done 13s too on a stock stroke, manual, AFR165s and twEECer, and E303/2040 with 1.7rr.
Both of those are pulling just over 200rwkw as well.
All I wanted to see was a timeslip, because its not a very common thing for an auto 5L to be pulling those sorts of times, with what mods I understand that engine to have.
If you want to get all defensive and say you don't have to show me, thats cool, I don't give a ****, just don't expect to be taken seriously if you run a 12 and refuse to show slips.

And yeah, looked alot nicer without GT kit

Whoosha off AFF ran a 13.7 in a manual 220kW AUIII with a CAI and exhaust.

I know not as much as you poofs about Windsors but if a near stock 220kW AUIII can pull a time like that it should be achievable pretty easily with all those mods to a EB - shouldn't it?

How did Whoosha launch it though? Did he launch at ~1800rpm in 2nd? (presuming this is as much as a std BTR can be stalled up to without it ripping a skid)

Keep in mind Whoosha's 1st gear & diff ratio are both shorter than Jimmy's EB's.

I'm not doubting Jimmy's credibility, I'm just saying for a non-stalled BTR with 3.27 gears, that's a great time, even with the go-fast engine bits

yeh horse power dosent equal acceleration,

thats what i been trying to say. i dont care if people dont believe me dude

thats fine with me, i prefer it if they dont and when i see ya the lights i'll prove it then haha

i went on a vic street scene cruise a while ago and there was a silver eb/ed xr8 with a complete gt kit and some minor engine worked, pumped that last cruise i went on haha he was horrified that he took off a second or so before me and i caught him by second gear and passed him with ease hehe

just put a locker in it last night, rips some great skids now haha
