christmas gift ideas for rev heads

Postby Malakai » December 1st, 2007, 2:16 pm

Today I was going through the mountain of junk mail that has amassed over the last week and since today is the first of December and we are on the home straight heading towards December 25th I thought I would start a thread where we can all post the gift ideas we have thought of or seen on offer.

So here is my stand outs from reading the junk mail today...

1, Super Cheap Auto has their Super Works Gold 10 piece CRV metric spanner set for $69.99 plus you get the same set in imperial for FREE

2, Borders (book store) has Top Gear DVDs for $14.95 each (titles shown are: Back in the Fast Lane, Winter Olympics, The Challenges and Revved up)

Now what have you seen?

PS: I will probably pick up a set of those spanners for myself :)

Waterless car cleaning kit. I got these for some people last year and they were really appreciative coz a) they didn't know they existed, b) they couldn't be fcuked driving to Car Lovers every time and c) they still wanted to have a clean car. Pretty lame present ordinarily but with the water restrictions...

Water tanks FTMFW!

I'll be happy just to get pissed and eat all the pork crackling while no one is looking. Presents are a bonus, I could do with a decent orbital sander though, oh and now that OED mentioned it ratchet spanners would be wicked. The amount of times I'd wished I had some would be enough to make baby Jesus cry.
